Where is your bedding packaging produced?
Our long-standing partners for bedding packaging are located in Asia, though we also produce small batches in Europe. Depending on the product type, deadline, and quantity, we select the most suitable production site. Whichever option is chosen, we select our partners with meticulous care to guarantee reliability, quality, and compliance with social and environmental standards. We have worked with these partners for 30 years and ensure they are regularly audited for social and environmental compliance.
Which sustainable materials do you recommend?
When creating sustainable packaging for duvets and pillows, we recommend materials that are both eco-friendly during production and recyclable at the end of their life. You can choose post-consumer PE or natural fibers such as Paptic® and Kraft paper. Alternatively, cotton is an excellent choice, combining natural fibers with long-term durability for packaging that can be reused for years. Our experts are here to guide you through these various possibilities.
Is your bedding packaging recyclable?
Yes. We design the majority of our packaging to be recyclable within household packaging streams. Our packaging experts will help you eco-design your product to ensure compliance with the specific recyclability standards in your country. Given the complexity of legislation, we also offer our expertise to assist you with your annual household packaging declarations (such as EPR schemes).
